Ally brings warmth, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to understanding and supporting those she works with. With over 15 years of counselling experience working with youth and adults, she focuses on building strong, trusting relationships where clients feel heard and supported. She has specialized expertise in helping children and parents navigate various challenges, including school-related stress, anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.

Ally is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Child and Youth Care. She takes a trauma-informed approach and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her counselling style is integrative, drawing from strength-based, person-centred, and solution-focused approaches.

Ally is dedicated to creating an inclusive, affirming, and responsive counselling space that respects the diverse identities and experiences of her clients. She is committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection to continually deepen her understanding and provide meaningful support.

Ally loves the ocean, camping, and a good cup of coffee. She spends most of her free time with her young family, enjoying the beach and experimenting with new recipes.
