We’re so glad you’ve found us. At Gather Clinical Counselling, we offer both in-person and online counselling sessions, thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are. We support individuals of all ages (children, teens, and adults) as well as couples, families, parents, and caregivers.
You might be dealing with anxiety, depression, big emotions, life changes, grief, trauma, or ADHD. Whatever it is, you don’t have to face it alone. Here, you’ll find a compassionate, supportive environment to help you move forward.
Our experienced therapists all have master’s degrees in counselling, are trauma-informed and use a variety approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) approach, solution-focused therapy, art therapy, mindfulness-informed practices, and talk therapy.
