We’re excited to announce a new 3-week online sleep counselling group designed to help you rest easier and wake up feeling more refreshed. Together, we’ll explore practical tools based on sleep science and mindfulness to improve sleep quality and build healthier nightly routines. This group is perfect for adults who struggle with falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling rested in the morning. We will meet online weekly in February on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm (February 18, 25 and March 4, 2026). Join from the comfort of your own home.
